What inspired you to become an OT?
I knew I always wanted to work in allied health, however I wasn’t sure which area. One day someone told me about OT and I knew that was what I wanted to peruse. It was the perfect mix of my want to work in health and my love of helping people in their daily lives.
Who do you like to work with?
I have had experience in a wide range of areas, however, working with children has always been my strongest area. I enjoy working with children to enable them to develop necessary skills to be able to independently participate in their day to day activities.
I enjoy listening to music and spending time with my friends and family. On weekends I also love to go mountain bike riding!
My greatest accomplishment has been finishing my university degree and finding a job that allows me to follow my passion for OT and working with children.
